Roles & Responsibilities


The Client Relation Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as the key point of contact between the client and internal teams. This role involves communication, coordination, and strategic thinking to enhance client experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery that aligns with client expectations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to expand service offerings and enhance their experience.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service satisfaction, address issues, and discuss upcoming needs and updates.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on client interactions, satisfaction metrics, and project progress to senior management.
Resolve complex client issues, employing problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
Monitor client feedback and utilize insights to propose enhancements to services and client engagement strategies.
Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions align with both client needs and company policies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute client-centric initiatives and promotional activities.
Develop training programs for clients to maximize their utilization of the company's products and services.
Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, service history, and ongoing project details.
Track and analyze client account metrics to identify trends, inform strategy, and report on performance.
Facilitate client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and thorough understanding of services offered.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively address client needs and retain business.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
