Civil Design Manager

Lead the civil design team in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet project specifications and budget constraints.
Oversee the preparation and review of detailed engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication to align project goals and timelines.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, integrating findings into design proposals to minimize environmental impact.
Manage project schedules and resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion of design phases while adhering to quality standards.
Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures throughout the design process to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Egyptian, Indian, Pakistani

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Electrical), Bachelor of Architecture

Any

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced knowledge.
At least 8 years of progressive civil design experience, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
