Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Main Chef located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Main Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff (helpers), food preparation, and cooking. The Main Chef will also oversee food service to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers.

Qualifications
Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
Experience in healthy concepts and meal planning is an advantage
Experience in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Food Service skills and experience in managing a kitchen staff
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
Experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry in UAE is a plus
Experience : 2 years
Language : English is a MUST
