Roles & Responsibilities


Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing premium grocery retailer is looking for a dynamic Cashier for our team in Abu Dhabi


Key Responsibilities:


Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
Scan goods and collect payments
Reconcile cash with the sales, handover & takeover shifts as per company policy
Issue receipts, refunds, calculate and convert currencies (as per policy)
Redeem Vouchers and coupons
Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Keep reports of transactions
Bag, box or wrap packages
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Nepali, Sri Lankan

Any Graduation

Female

Qualification & Experience:

At least 2 years as a Cashier preferably in FMCG retail industry in UAE
Must be good in English communication
