Job Description
Supervise and manage a team of car cleaners, ensuring they adhere to company standards and procedures.
Organize daily work schedules and allocate tasks effectively to team members.
Monitor the quality of car wash services and address any issues or customer concerns promptly.
Provide training and guidance to car cleaning staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and report any shortages.
Occasionally participate in car wash services as needed to support the team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Report daily operational activities and any challenges to the management.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Must possess a valid UAE Visa with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Proven experience in car cleaning services, with prior supervisory or team leading experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of car cleaning techniques and best practices.
Ability to handle physical work and stand for extended periods.
