Transform raw data into actionable insights by creating detailed reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics that drive strategic decision-making.
Conduct thorough data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can influence business strategies.
Utilize advanced data visualization tools to present findings in a compelling manner, making complex data easily understandable for stakeholders.
Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting processes.
Design and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management by providing timely and relevant data insights.
Conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively utilize BI tools and interpret data reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve data analysis methodologies and tools.


Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization and reporting.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
