Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager/relationship manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in the payment gateway/banking sector.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration: Develop partnerships with financial institutions, fintech firms, and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and product development) to enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the payment gateway, banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of digital payments, UPI, credit/debit card processing, merchant onboarding, and payment solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business portfolios. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants, banks, and corporate clients. Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with POS, QR payments, e-commerce payment solutions.
Strong network within banks, NBFCs, fintech startups, and merchants. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to payments and banking
