Job Description

Business Development Manager Corporate Sales
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad

Experience: 3 – 8 years in Corporate B2B Sales & Corporate Tie-ups

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our corporate client base and meet revenue targets
Acquire new corporate clients and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
Manage end-to-end corporate sales processes – Prospecting, Lead Generation, Sales Pipeline Management, Negotiation & Closing
Engage with decision-makers (HR / Admin / EHS / Procurement) at multiple levels
Sell healthcare services including Dedicated / Stationed Ambulance, Ambulance On-Call, On-site Medical Rooms (Doctor & Nurse), Occupational Health Centre (OHC), Mobile Medical Units (MMU), Wellness Programs, and Health Check-ups
Travel extensively to meet corporate clients, attend meetings, prepare proposals and presentations
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Retain existing clients, upsell & cross-sell new services
Ensure timely billing, payment recovery, contract renewals, compliance management, and participation in tenders / RFPs.

Skills & Qualifications:
Corporate Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Strong track record in managing successful sales cycles from planning to closure
Experience in corporate healthcare, occupational healthcare, wellness & engagement solutions is preferred
Prior experience in selling Ambulance / OHC / Medical Room services is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Experience in engaging with CHROs, HR Heads, EHS Heads, Procurement Heads / Directors
