Job Description
Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to strengthen brand presence in local and regional markets.
Monitor product performance in terms of sales, market share, and brand awareness, and take corrective actions when needed.
Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences, nutritional trends, and purchasing behavior.
Manage seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns in coordination with advertising and production agencies.
Work closely with the product development team to launch new products aligned with market needs.
Enhance product identity in terms of packaging, presentation, and marketing messages, consistent with the brand's image.
Oversee promotional materials and point-of-sale displays, ensuring brand visual consistency.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing goals with commercial objectives.
Prepare analytical reports regularly to present performance insights and development recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG sector.
Solid understanding of food market trends and consumer behavior in the F&B industry.
Experience in both digital and traditional marketing, as well as campaign management.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
