Job Description
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels, always demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer delivery, resolve issues, or gather additional information as required.
Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding while providing appropriate solutions.
Accurately record and update customer information, transactions, and interactions in the system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics Operations, to address complex customer issues and escalations.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to the logistics industry in large reputable organizations.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software or call center applications.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
