Assistant Credit Controller (2-3 Years Experience | Immediate Joiner)

Roles & Responsibilities

Credit Control & Risk Management (75%)

Validate credit orders based on payments, risk exposure, and customer performance in line with credit policies.
Perform credit limit and risk evaluations for existing and new customers.
Conduct trade reference checks and update credit limits and payment terms accordingly.
Ensure timely setup and maintenance of customer credit accounts and SAP customer master data (BP).
Monitor customer licenses, track expirations, and follow up with sales teams.
Debt Collection (25%)

Support sales teams in collections and follow-ups.
Analyze ageing reports, track payment behaviors, and conduct AR reviews.
Maintain accurate collection records and identify irregular payment patterns.
Reporting

Prepare weekly AR status reports and month-end reports (Credit Reviews, Risk Assessments, Blocked Accounts, etc.).
Track and report collections against forecasts and targets.
Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by the Credit Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance), Chartered Financial Analyst(Finance)

Any

2–3 years of experience in credit control or risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proficient in Advanced Excel and SAP (BP/customer master creation).
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Flexible with shifts and working hours
Prior experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred
