Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Luminex Steel is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks, document control, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and reports
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients/vendors
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents
Support HR in recruitment, employee records, and scheduling
Requirements:

Prior experience in administrative roles (preferably in construction/steel industry)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English (Arabic plus)
Female candidates preferred
