Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role, as you will be handling data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks. Additionally, this position will assist with drafting and preparing contracts, offer letters, and other official documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle data entry tasks and maintain databases accurately and efficiently.
