Job Description
- Handle daily invoicing and billing operations.
- Verify parts received against purchase orders and ensure accurate cost entry in the system.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and cross-check prices with purchase and inventory records.
- Maintain accurate records of parts movement and cost reflection in the system.
- Assist with front desk cashier duties including receiving payments from customers and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure job card closing reflects accurate part usage and pricing.

- Background in accounting or finance.
- Experience in automotive service centers is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
